Payment is taken upfront when I am ready to start working on your art piece. There are no exceptions to this.

Refunds are not available for any pieces I have started. You are paying for my time and art style, there should be no reason to ask for a refund.

People who back charge via their bank, PayPal, or any other means will be publicly called out and blacklisted.

I use a rolling queue system. Custom art pieces and YCHs are on separate queues. My queue is public and can be viewed by anyone. I do jump around in my queue at times. I only do this when I need a break from the current piece.

In order to purchase NSFW art or view NSFW art commissions a valid ID will have to be provided. Only the birthdate, today's date, and your username have to be shown. There are no exceptions to this.

Custom art commissions can be turned into YCHs unless the customer specifically asks otherwise. This most commonly happens when the commissioner gives me an open-ended prompt such as 'a doodle', 'holiday scene', etc.

Commissioners are not allowed to alter the work in any way. This includes drawing over, recoloring, hiring someone else to color, adding shading, adding a background, etc. If you would like more added to your commission you will have to come to me (Sharkfox Studios/Squig) to have these revisions done.

I will only draw legal things. I will draw legal fetish art, legal feral art, legal pregnancy art, etc. The weirder the request, the higher the cost. NSFW commissions will have a +50% charge by default.

I will draw any furry/anthro species. I do not draw humans. I will draw most mecha. Currently, I have drawn felines, canines, vulpines, Sergals, Protogens, sharks, rabbits, frogs, pigs, cows, and MLPs. If you do not see your species listed, please ask, I might have an example.

Turnaround times are variable. Custom pieces usually range from 1-3 weeks. YCHs usually range from 1-5 days. Please be patient with me, I am a full-time college student and have a part-time job!

Changes to the art are unable to be made after the stage of the art has been approved (sketch, line art, flat colors, render). YCHs do not have as many updates but you are allowed to ask for changes on the completed YCH until you accept it as the final piece.

Changes that are asked for after the stage of that art has been completed will only be done after a charge has been paid. This charge depends on the complexity of the change.

WIPs are not to be used in profile pictures, posted online, or used in general by the customer.

If posting my work online or using it as a profile picture you must properly credit me in the post, your bio, or some other obvious place.

If printing your own badge you must print both the front and back files.
