Payment is taken upfront when I am ready to start working on your art piece. There are no exceptions to this.

Refunds are not available for any pieces I have started. You are paying for my time and art style, there should be no reason to ask for a refund.

People who back charge via their bank, PayPal, or any other means will be publicly called out and blacklisted.

I use a rolling queue system. Custom art pieces and YCHs are on separate queues. My queue is public and can be viewed by anyone. I do jump around in my queue at times. I only do this when I need a break from the current piece.

In order to purchase NSFW art or view NSFW art commissions a valid ID will have to be provided. Only the birthdate, today's date, and your username have to be shown. There are no exceptions to this.

Custom art commissions can be turned into YCHs unless the customer specifically asks otherwise. This most commonly happens when the commissioner gives me an open-ended prompt such as 'a doodle', 'holiday scene', etc.

Commissioners are not allowed to alter the work in any way. This includes drawing over, recoloring, hiring someone else to color, adding shading, adding a background, etc. If you would like more added to your commission you will have to come to me (Sharkfox Studios/Squig) to have these revisions done.

I will only draw legal things. I will draw legal fetish art, legal feral art, legal pregnancy art, etc. The weirder the request, the higher the cost. NSFW commissions will have a +50% charge by default.

I will draw any furry/anthro species. I do not draw humans. I will draw most mecha. Currently, I have drawn felines, canines, vulpines, Sergals, Protogens, sharks, rabbits, frogs, pigs, cows, and MLPs. If you do not see your species listed, please ask, I might have an example.

Turnaround times are variable. Custom pieces usually range from 1-3 weeks. YCHs usually range from 1-5 days. Please be patient with me, I am a full-time college student and have a part-time job!

Changes to the art are unable to be made after the stage of the art has been approved (sketch, line art, flat colors, render). YCHs do not have as many updates but you are allowed to ask for changes on the completed YCH until you accept it as the final piece.

Changes that are asked for after the stage of that art has been completed will only be done after a charge has been paid. This charge depends on the complexity of the change.

WIPs are not to be used in profile pictures, posted online, or used in general by the customer.

If posting my work online or using it as a profile picture you must properly credit me in the post, your bio, or some other obvious place.

I have the right to decline commissions and designs for any reason.

As of 1 Jan 2024, ballpark quotes are free. Detailed quotes are $5 as they take longer. Quotes can be requested through Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, or by Email.

By asking for a quote you agree to all of my Terms of Service. By asking for a quote you have begun the commission process.

It is the customers responsibility to keep up to date with the Terms of Service. I will do my best to release an announcement about TOS changes but it is not my fault if you miss the announcement. Term changes that happen after you start your commission DO apply to you.

Reselling of Sharkfox Studios premades, commissions, and products is forbidden unless you have added value to said item. If you are found to be reselling you will be publicly called out and blacklisted on social media and on our website.

You must be 16 years old or older to commission.

You must have a clear front and back reference with no shading to commission. If you do not have a clear reference a $25 charge will be added to your quote and I will make a reference for you.

Refunds are only available under strict cicumstances. I am not a savings account and will not refund if you "changed your mind".

You are eligible for a partial refund if there is a major issue with the quality of your fursuit upon arrival. This includes ripped seams, major holes, pieces missing, etc. If the damage is done by the buyer you are NOT eligible for a refund.

You are able to cancel your commission in the middle of the process ONLY if you resell your commission slot. The refund will be given after you are successfully sold your slot and I have received payment from the new slot holder.

Partial refunds are up to my discretion. I have the right to deny a refund. The first thing that will be offered is a free repair of the issue. I will cover the shipping to and from the buyer as I am at fault. Refunds are a last resort.

Refunds will be given within 3 months of the accepted refund request.

Every fursuit has a 30% non refundable down payment. This is non negotiable.

Fursuits bought in person at conventions are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This is due to the buyer being physically present to inspect quality before purchasing.

Payment is taken through PayPal invoice. This is for buyer and seller protection. There are no exceptions to this unless you are buying a premade fursuit in person.

Payment taken through PayPal will have a 5% charge added to them to cover seller and transfer fees. This is non negotiable.

Payment plans are available. A 30% down payment is required to cover materials. The rest of the payments can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you need a different payment plan, please just ask, I am willing to accommodate.

Work will not begin on commissions until the suit is paid for in full.

Shipping is not included in the original quoted price. This is due to shipping prices changing by location. The buyer must pay shipping before the suit is sent out. If you do not pay, your suit will not be shipped. No exceptions.

Completed commissions will be shipped within 2 weeks of the completion date.

I do not work with hard deadlines. I can aim to have a project done by a certain date but there are no guarantees to this. I am in college full time and have a part time job and life outside of fursuit making. I do not have the scheduling freedom to work with hard dates.

Updates will be given as the suit is worked on. I try to give a picture update every two weeks.

Fursuit heads are made on premade bases. I do not offer custom bases at this time.

Major updates will have to be greenlighted by the commissioner. If changes are asked to be made after an item or step has been greenlighted a minimum charge of $30 will be applied. This charge must be paid to continue with production.

A duct tape dummy is required to commission bodysuits. I do not work off measurements.

The materials for a DTD will not be provided by me. If unsure how to make a DTD Skyehigh Studios on Youtube has a tutorial.

Poorly made DTDs will have a $50-$100 charge added to make the necessary repairs. Shipping must be paid by the commissioner.
